China's MND Urges the Philippine Side to Mend Its Ways before It's Too Late
10月30日下午，國(guó)防部舉行例行記者會(huì)，國(guó)防部新聞發(fā)言人張曉剛大校答記者問(wèn)。
記者：據(jù)報(bào)道，近期菲律賓公務(wù)船侵闖中國(guó)南沙島礁附近海域、偵察機(jī)侵入中國(guó)黃巖島領(lǐng)空，菲方稱中方有關(guān)應(yīng)對(duì)行動(dòng)威脅到菲方人員、船只、飛機(jī)安全。請(qǐng)問(wèn)發(fā)言人有何評(píng)論？
Question: It is reported that Philippine public vessels intruded into waters adjacent to islands and reefs of China's Nansha Qundao and its reconnaissance aircraft intruded into territorial airspace over China's Huangyan Dao. The Philippine side claimed that China's corresponding operations threatened the safety of its crew, vessels and aircraft. What's your comment?
張曉剛：中國(guó)對(duì)南海諸島及其附近海域擁有無(wú)可爭(zhēng)辯的主權(quán)，對(duì)相關(guān)海域擁有主權(quán)權(quán)利和管轄權(quán)。一段時(shí)間以來(lái)，菲方頻繁對(duì)中方侵權(quán)挑釁、在海上制造事端，還妄圖“倚外鬧?！?、用狐假虎威那一套對(duì)中方訛詐施壓，四處散播歪曲抹黑中方的虛假信息、混淆視聽(tīng)。中方堅(jiān)決維護(hù)自身領(lǐng)土主權(quán)和海洋權(quán)益，有關(guān)維權(quán)行動(dòng)合法合理、專業(yè)克制，絕不讓任何挑釁鬧事、“以小訛大”圖謀得逞。我們奉勸菲方早日迷途知返，回到對(duì)話協(xié)商的正確軌道上來(lái)，與地區(qū)國(guó)家一道共同維護(hù)南海和平穩(wěn)定。
Zhang Xiaogang: China has indisputable sovereignty over Nanhai Zhudao and its adjacent waters, and has sovereign rights and jurisdiction over relevant waters. For a period of time, the Philippine side has launched frequent infringements and provocations against China, stirring up troubles at sea. It has attempted to make waves at sea by soliciting external support, blackmailing and pressuring China through bluffing acts that resembles the fox borrowing the tiger's terror. It has also kept spreading false information to smear China and mislead the public. The Chinese side will firmly safeguard our territorial sovereignty and maritime rights and interests with legitimate, legal, professional and prudent actions to protect our rights. We would never allow any provocations and trouble-making to work, nor would we leave any room for blackmailing the big by the small. We urge the Philippine side to mend your ways before it's too late, come back to the right track of dialogue and consultation, and maintain peace and stability in the south China Sea together with other regional countries.
